Re-consider self reward pattern: Learn to reward yourself with non-food items after something good has happened to you. There are various ways or rewarding self without necessarily having to consume a lot of food, juice, ice cream, etc. You could make do with a visit to the cinema or night club as better ways of rewarding yourself.

Dedicating some little time each day to walking can be very helpful and to make it easier, you have to take it slowly from the onset. Drink Enough Water: Water flushes impurities in your body system and helps you to maintain a recommended weight and live healthy.

Eat Low Calorie Meals First: At meal times always begin with foods that are low in calories. This will help you to get filled up before deciding to consume other foods in your place.
